At The G Salon & spa we have set out to bring you an environment where the highest levels of beauty, hair, skin and body care are provided.
It is our goal to make a difference in the lives we touch by offering the highest level of service by trained professionals in the most relaxing environment for our clients. To ensure this, please take a moment to review the policies below.
1. Safety Requirements:
Your health and well-being are our top priorities. We kindly ask that you adhere to all guidelines outlined and posted throughout our salon and spa facilities. As a licensed establishment regulated by the Department of Health, we diligently uphold a pragmatic schedule of duties to safeguard our guests' safety while they enjoy our amenities.
2. Noise Level
As part of our commitment to the evolution of your wellbeing. We ask you our valued guest to respect our noise level policy while visiting our space.
Salon: Our boutique space allows for your comfort while receiving a service. We are happy to let you use your devices however ONLY while processing a chemical service. We ask that you use headphones/ earbuds and only use the devices during this time. No cell phones while cutting , styling, applying chemical services or during the shampoo phase of your visit.
We work hard to adhere to our schedule in an effort to respect everyone’s time and relaxation.
Spa: NO CELL PHONES. We intentionally wove silence into the curation of the Spa experience for you to fully benefit from the rejuvenating effects. Please respect this space by whispering when needed. We encourage you to use this contemplative opportunity to explore the benefits your experience when visiting the spa.
Our staff has been trained in their roles to remind all guests of this policy when necessary. Please don't be offended if you are approached and respectfully asked to abide by our whisper policy. Be kind to our dedicated team as they are diligently following direct protocols put into place by ownership.
3. Gift Certificate and Gift Card Policy
Give the gift of beauty and relaxation with our salon and spa offerings, including massages, body treatments, facials, hair care services, and premium products. You can also choose a monetary gift certificate, allowing recipients to customize their experience. Please note:
•Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
•Gift cards cannot be used for gratuity.
•Gift certificates can be redeemed for the selected service or its equivalent monetary value.

4. Cell Phone Policy: In order to preserve a tranquil and stress-free ambiance, we kindly request that cell phones and electronic devices be set to silent mode or stored away throughout your visit. We have intentionally cultivated an atmosphere of peaceful rejuvenation at our salon and spa to ensure guests fully experience the restorative effects of their visit.
5. Your scheduled services are tailored exclusively for you. If you need to change, reschedule or cancel, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance. For the optimal experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you refrain from switching between types of services or another guest for your appointment. This ensures that each guest receives our undivided attention and the highest level of care during their time with us. Your understanding and cooperation in creating a harmonious environment for everyone to enjoy is appreciated.
6. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost. Failure to notify us and missing your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service cost. *Please note: missing, no call no show, or tardiness occur In excess, we require prepayment for future appointments.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy: We respect your right to privacy and confidentiality. Conversations with your stylist or therapist and Client Intake forms are kept confidential, as are our client and email lists. We do not share this information with any third parties.
8. Refund Policy: All services and gift card sales are final. Retail items may be refunded if unused, in original packaging, and returned with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued as store credit, with some exceptions.
9. Personal Property: The salon and spa are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property while on our premises.
10. Please note that rules, regulations, prices, amenity availability, and treatment offerings are subject to change without prior notice. Additionally, any form of excessive public displays of affection (PDA) or sexual acts are strictly prohibited at the our facility regardless of consent.
11. Drugs, Alcohol & Smoking: For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, our facility maintains a strict no-smoking, no-drugs, and no-alcohol policy. This includes the prohibition of smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes. The G Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse admission or eject individuals under the influence or exhibiting any condition that may endanger their own safety or that of others. Guests found violating these policies will be asked to leave to ensure a serene and pleasant environment for everyone.
12. Age Requirements: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please note our age requirements for accessing the spa facilities and services. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all our clients. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, please note the following age requirement and policies for accessing our spa services: Clients must be a minimum of 18 years old, and in some cases require adult supervision to receive spa services. We believe that our treatments are best suited for adults and require clients to be of legal adult age.
13. A Completed Waiver: Prior to scheduling any spa service, for clients 18 years old, pregnant, or any medical issues, must be completed and submitted. This waiver acknowledges their understanding of our policies and any potential risks associated with the treatment. By booking a service, you acknowledge that our treatments are for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other health concerns prior to your appointment. We are not liable for any issues arising from undisclosed health conditions.
*For certain medical conditions, a physician’s note may be required before receiving massage or body treatments. Failure to disclose relevant health information releases us from any liability related to your service.
14. Same-Sex Service Providers: we provide spa services with same-sex service providers upon request. We understand that personal comfort levels may vary, and we are committed to accommodating your preferences to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience.These policies are in place to uphold our commitment to providing a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for all our clients. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our age requirement or policies, please don't hesitate to contact us.
15. Etiquette: We maintain a strict policy against excessive public displays of affection (PDA) and any form of sexual acts, regardless of consent between guests. Additionally, it is strictly prohibited to engage in sexual acts or communication with our salon and spa staff under any circumstances. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the immediate termination of your service and removal from the salon, spa, and hotel premises. Further actions, including potential referral to authorities for prosecution, may also be taken.
16. Forms: To ensure we provide you with the best possible service, please complete the intake form at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
17. Payment: We accept various forms of payment to accommodate your needs. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. For payments related to memberships, loyalty programs, events, and weddings, please refer to the specific sections dedicated to these services for detailed payment instructions.
